The Sun has entered Scorpio, and it feels a lot like autumn now, doesn’t it?
We are in the midst of Mercury in retrograde. This retrograde started out in Scorpio, but now it has returned to Libra.
Mercury Retrograde is a time for big life review. It provides us an opportunity to go back and rewrite Power Wishes, as well as the chance to write new Power Wishes which we were unable to write in the past, even when it is not at the same time as a New Moon or a Full Moon.
Libra is a well-balanced sign that governs win-win interpersonal relationships.
If you have been aggressively working on a project, you might suddenly wonder “am I doing this right,” or “is everyone keeping up with me?” Now is the time to turn around and acknowledge the presence of others.
As well, Venus, the planet of love, is also in Libra! This would suggest that a good compromise is to not be forceful with your partner.
My introduction was a little long, but how was the New Moon in Libra on October 17th? Did you develop any ideas for self-improvement in order to obtain an ideal partnership? Were you able to take advantage of the power of the New Moon in Libra?
On October 31st there is a Full Moon in Taurus.
This year’s Full Moon in Taurus is quite distinctive. That’s because it will perfectly overlap with Uranus, the planet of revolution. Normally we equate the Taurus Full Moon to being a Full Moon of Fertility, but this time things are a little different.
In May 2018, when Uranus entered Taurus, the sign which rules over wealth, the Universe announced the start of the income revolution. And the fact that it has finally overlapped with the Full Moon, means that values about past money-making and past abundance are at an all-time high now. From this point on there will be no growth for those who don’t change.
It’s now time to seize your own happiness and not be bound by values which you have always had. As proof of this, Venus, the ruler of Taurus, is currently in the second house, which represents income.
On this Full Moon, take the time to think about what makes you happy from the bottom of your heart; what you need to do to achieve that happiness; what you need to let go of; and which of your natural talents have room to grow; and then incorporate these thoughts in your Power Wishes.
