Until last week, the Universe was deep in Capricorn mode, but things are slowly beginning to shift to Aquarius. In January, Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Pluto were all gathered in Capricorn, so it was advisable to respect your elders, ask experienced people for advice, give timely feedback to your superiors, and be persistent.
