There is a popular Japanese saying which says “a child who sleeps, grows” but I often say “fortune grows while you sleep!”

Getting a good night’s sleep is also a very important part of Moon Wellness, which incorporates the energy and the rhythm of the Moon to help you live a physically and mentally healthy life full of good fortune.

In today’s article I am going to share with you some tips about how to get a good night’s rest, and how to boost your fortune while you are asleep.

High quality sleep is important for your physical and mental health

Sleep is not only important for mental and physical maintenance, but it is absolutely necessary for recovering from fatigue and clearing one’s mind.  So when you suffer from prolonged lack of sleep, you are bound to experience physical and mental disorders. 

Sleep deprivation causes many effects on your physical and mental health and your appearance, such as your immune system becoming weakened, which brings about illness, your stress levels staying elevated, which causes you to be easily frustrated, and skin troubles and dark eyes appearing, which affect your physical appearance. 

To prevent all of those things from happening sleep is extremely important!

However, just sleeping for a long length of time is not the answer. 

If any of the following statements applies to you, there is a high probability that your quality of sleep is not sufficient. 

  • I have trouble falling asleep. 

  • I constantly wake up throughout the night. 

  • I don’t wake up feeling refreshed. 

How do you get a good night’s sleep?

If you feel like you aren’t getting a good night’s sleep, try being conscious of the following points…

  • Bathe in sunlight when you wake up 

  • Eat breakfast

  • Do moderate exercise

  • Finish your dinner three hours before you go to bed

  • Take a bath one or two hours before you go to sleep (I also recommend using coarse salt or bath salts in your bath)

  • Stretch or meditate before you go to sleep

  • Drink herb tea or some other warm aromatic drink before you go to sleep

  • Practice deep breathing when you get into bed

When you are mindful of these things your sleep quality is sure to improve ♪


On a side note, 10:00pm to 2:00am is known as golden time.  During this time, numerous growth hormones are secreted, and new cells are born.  Our skin cells are also created by these growth hormones, and thanks to them we see a turnover of new skin cells. They are even referred to as “rejuvenating hormones” and they are essential for anti-aging care. 

I recommend going to bed at 11pm.  When you sleep not only do you receive the benefits of growth hormones, but you can also receive a power charge from the Moon.  I recommend that people who are prone to depression and negativity get an extra hour of sleep each night. 

Tips to boost your fortune while you sleep

Daytime is the time of day to take in power, whereas nighttime is the time to turn that power into fortune.  In other words your fortune grows while you sleep! 

Put another way, while you are sleeping at night both growth hormones and fortune are growing inside you! 

If you want to boost your fortune, your bedroom environment is very important so I am going to share with you some tips on how to boost your fortune while you sleep. 

Tip #1  Choose high quality bedding and nightwear 

First of all, pay close attention to the bedding items which come into direct contact with your skin, such as your bed, your sheets, your pillow, your pillowcases, and your nightwear.  If the materials of these items have a rough or flimsy feeling, then they will create an impression on your subconscious mind that you are a rough and flimsy person.

Switch to high quality bedding items, and imprint into your subconscious mind that you are a calm and gentle-mannered person. 

By doing so, you will naturally start to attract more fortune ♪

Tip #2  Change your bedroom layout

After you have changed your bedding, the next step is to change your bedroom. 

Your bed is the place which creates fortune.

Here are some requirements for a good bed…

  • It should be wooden and solid 

  • It should be high off the ground

  • It should have a headboard 

  • There should be a small gap between the bed and the floor

  • There shouldn’t be anything extra attached to the bed, like reading lights, storage boxes, or drawers. 

And the placement of the bed is also important.  Just like a luxury hotel there should be ample space on either side of the bed.  In other words ample space to enter from either side means that there is ample space for you and your partner to be in the bed together ♡

Tip #3 Listen to music which helps you to relax

Sound vibrations are important to boost your fortune.  There is a Universal law which states that things of the same vibration attract one another, so listening to high-vibrational music is an effective way to attract fortune ♪

Before you go to bed I recommend that you listen to music which has absorbed the energy of the Moon.  For example music which contains the sound of waves, stringed instruments, the piano, or serenades. 

Tip #4 Freshen the smell of your bedroom with aroma mist  

Scents are vibrations in their own right, and they have a direct effect on our cerebral limbic system, a network of structures in the brain related to memory and emotions. 

Our subconscious becomes active when we are asleep, so before going to bed I recommend freshening your bedroom with aromas that connect to the Universe. 

By spraying aroma mist on your bedding, or using a diffuser you will be able to fall asleep surrounded by pleasant scents ♪

Getting your sleeping environment in order is sure to help you to get a good night’s sleep.  And getting a good night’s sleep is not only beneficial for your physical and mental health and your beauty, but it will also make your body more able to receive good fortune.   

In the Air Era, which starts in December 2020, having high personal vibration and a high vibrational home will be very important for attracting fortune.  By establishing a firm subconscious connection with the Moon, you will be able to take in the fortune of the Air Era as well.
